Shipping Method
We will only arrange delivery after confirming payment. Customers must use the designated courier service provided by us. By making a payment, customers agree to pay the corresponding shipping fee. Each order can only be shipped to one specified address.

For local orders, SF Express is used with freight collect. For overseas orders, shipping fees must be paid separately after checkout. These fees are subject to change based on the actual shipping circumstances. Any difference in shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

Shipping times for overseas orders are generally longer, so we kindly ask for your patience.

Due to varying customs regulations across regions, any taxes or duties incurred must be handled by the recipient.

Once the goods are delivered and a receipt is obtained, our responsibility is considered fulfilled. If the goods cannot be delivered to the specified address, are lost, or damaged after dispatch, we will not be held responsible. For any delivery issues, customers will need to contact the local postal service or Hong Kong Post at their own expense. We will cooperate by providing the necessary delivery receipt.

Order Shipping Time
Orders will be shipped within seven working days after completion. Working days are based on our business calendar and do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

Return and Exchange Policy
All items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If we cancel your order, any payment made to us will be refunded promptly without interest.

Under all circumstances, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders, deny any service, product, or delivery at our sole discretion and without providing any reason. The shop reserves the final decision-making authority.
