Shipping policy

  • We will only arrange shipment after confirming receipt of payment. We only accept shipments via our designated courier service. By paying, you agree to pay the shipping fee. Each order can only be shipped to the designated address once.

  • Local orders are shipped via SF Express or JD.com (prepaid shipping between mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macau). All overseas shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and may be subject to change depending on the actual shipment. Any differences will be borne by the customer.

  • Overseas shipping generally takes longer; please be patient. (UPS charges apply for remote areas**).

  • Due to varying customs regulations in different regions, any applicable taxes must be handled by the recipient.

  • Our responsibility ends upon delivery of the goods and receipt. We are not responsible for any goods that cannot be delivered to the designated address, are lost, or are damaged. For any delivery issues, you will need to contact the Hong Kong or local post office directly at your own expense. We will cooperate to provide the necessary delivery receipt.

  • Goods will be shipped within seven working days after order completion. Working days are based on our store's business days, excluding Saturdays/Sundays and public holidays.

  • For tourists visiting Hong Kong who find delivery service inconvenient, we offer a special delivery service to the hotel lobby for orders over $1000 (limited to Tsim Sha Tsui, Causeway Bay, or Wan Chai areas only). **Additional charges apply for remote areas.**

【Disclaimer】Shipping to Malaysia:

1. Document Provision: Our company will provide all necessary export and product documents (including invoices, packing lists, product ingredient lists, etc.) as required by Malaysian customs to assist customers in customs clearance.

2. Customer Responsibility: For all orders shipped to Malaysia, customers are responsible for customs clearance in the importing country.
