Refund policy

1. All items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

 

According to Article 1 of our Refund Policy, "All items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable." If you request a refund due to your personal reasons for not paying attention to the nature of the order, the responsibility does not lie with our company, and we regret that we cannot accept such a refund request.

 

2. Regarding the nature of the order: Our website clearly indicates on the product page and checkout process that this is a "pre-order order," not a ready-made item. Goods need to be procured from suppliers according to the order, and the entire process takes time. This information is clearly displayed when you place your order; please pay attention.

 
3. Order cancellation: If we cancel your order, we will refund any amount paid to us as soon as possible, excluding interest/tips. Under any circumstances, we have the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time at our sole discretion without giving any reason; and to refuse to provide any services, goods, and/or delivery services. We reserve the final decision.

 
4. Shipping Service: Our company uses UPS point-to-point express service, which delivers faster than traditional sea freight, ensuring customers receive their goods quickly.

 
5. Overseas Shipping Costs: According to our company policy, all overseas shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 
6. Refund Policy: If the customer chooses not to pay the relevant overseas shipping costs, the payment for the goods will not be refunded. We apologize for the inconvenience.

 Customers are advised to carefully confirm the overseas shipping arrangements before placing an order. Once an order is completed, it indicates agreement to and compliance with this statement.

 According to the "Ordering Terms" and "Product Ownership, Import Documents and Fees" sections of our "Terms of Service," overseas shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Therefore, if the customer chooses not to pay this portion of the cost, related tips will not be refunded.

 In other words, if the customer does not include a tip in the payment, our company can only refund the price of the goods themselves; the tip will not be refunded.

 We kindly request that all fees, including tips and overseas shipping arrangements, be carefully reviewed before payment. Once an order is completed, it signifies agreement to and compliance with our Terms of Service.
